Open ↗ goes straight to the real listing on Kijiji / the source site. Map pins are placed from each property's rural address (Range/Township) so they're approximate within a kilometre or so — always confirm the exact spot and current price on the source.
Your hearts, notes and dismissals save on this device, keyed to each listing, so the nightly data refresh never wipes them. Phone and computer don't share storage — use Backup on one and Restore on the other (drop the file in 00_Acreage).
Dismissed (Not interested / Not available) listings vanish from the list; flip Show dismissed to bring them back.
A 3am job re-runs the searches and updates the listings here. It only changes listing data — never your hearts or notes.
